You will partner closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives and maximize value delivery. This role is accountable for product roadmaps, operational performance, release management, and continuous improvement while ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned HR technology products and services. \nLead, develop, and coach a team of Product Owners, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. \nPartner with business stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational objectives and ensure delivery of business value. \nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and product outcomes. \nProvide oversight of product backlogs, prioritization, release management, and delivery activities across the product portfolio. \nEnsure projects, technical enhancements, incidents, and operational support activities are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested, and implemented with the highest level of quality. \nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize HR technology solutions, system integrations, data integrity, and user experience. \nServe as a key escalation point for complex business and technology decisions, balancing stakeholder needs and organizational priorities. \nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired:\n6+ years of experience in HRIS, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field. \nExperience leading, managing, and developing teams. \nProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities. \nStrong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to lead through influence, drive decision-making, and resolve complex business challenges.\nExperience partnering with business leaders to define priorities and deliver technology solutions. \nPreferred:\nConfiguration experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors, or other HR cloud solutions. \nExperience with vendor management, system integrations, and HR technology strategy. \nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
