This role handles complex access requests, escalation support, access governance activities, privileged access administration, audit support, operational reporting, and process improvements. The position also mentors Level 1 administrators and partners with IAM engineering, application, security, and infrastructure teams.\nKey Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAdminister and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access controls. \nSupport access governance, compliance, audit activities, and security controls to ensure appropriate access and regulatory adherence. \nTroubleshoot and resolve complex access issues, serving as an escalation point for IAM-related incidents and requests. \nManage privileged access processes and help identify and mitigate access-related risks. \nDrive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, documentation, and mentorship of junior partners.\nMay support with occasional after-hours on call, change windows, incident response participation, or project implementation activities.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nH.S. Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred\n3-6 years of experience in IAM administration, systems administration, cybersecurity operations, or access governance.\nExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, access groups, user lifecycle management, and ticket-based fulfillment.\nWorking knowledge of IAM operations, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and audit support.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and control discipline.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with IAM/IGA tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Fortra, Omada, or similar platforms.\nExperience with PAM technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, or equivalent tools.\nPowerShell, SQL, reporting, or workflow automation experience.\nSAP security, GRC, or ERP access administration exposure.\nSecurity+, Microsoft SC-300, or related IAM/security certification.\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
