In this role, the Reliability Engineer Leader will lead and direct execution of Reliability Initiatives within assigned locations through new building projects, renovations, new branches and expansions. The Reliability Engineer Leader will stay abreast of new technical and equipment developments, develop new ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nCommunicate with executives, management, and operations to implement plans and recommendations through regular monthly reports and verbal meetings \nParticipate in equipment/building improvement projects from justification through installation and start up \nInvestigate new technology to improve the function and productivity of locations \nPurchase equipment, maintains relationships with vendors, contractors and suppliers and monitors their performance \nRecommend methods for improving process flow, utility consumption, reorganizing workflow, and relocating workstations and equipment. \nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired:\nA minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Industrial Maintenance, Equipment Installation, or Reliability Engineering. \nProven experience in leading change and process improvement across multiple-site environments. \nDemonstrated ability to develop, present, and support major capital projects to stakeholders and executive leadership. \nProficiency in relevant computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS. \nExperience with AutoCAD. \nWillingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned region, including overnight stays. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nPreferred Skills:\nPrevious experience in a Corporate or Regional engineering role, with at least 2 years supporting multiple industrial operations. \nBachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field. \nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
