Responsibilities include providing support to ensure Cintas is in compliance with all corporate governance rules and regulations, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), has an adequate and effective internal control structure and Internal Audit (IA) process; that prescribed policies and procedures are being adhered to by Cintas partners; working with the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that narrative and COSO documents are complete, accurate and up-to-date; performing SOX Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting testing and documenting results for management review and reporting; ensuring SOX documentation remains accurate and sufficient throughout the fiscal year; working with the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer on Direct Line Investigations; and assisting with analysis of new regulatory and/or control requirements and the development of audit programs required by these new requirements.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree; Accounting Degree preferred\nMinimum 3 years' auditing experience with a public accounting firm or large public company\nAbility to understand and analyze data, particularly financial data\nAbility to generate effective written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization and external parties\nAbility to keep confidential matters regarding our business and partners in full confidence, when necessary\nAbility to learn new tasks and take on more responsibility, as needed\nAbility to travel occasionally, when necessary\nPreferred\nCPA or CIA\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
