In this role, you will partner with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and technology providers to identify opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and improve operational performance across our garment manufacturing network. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement while leading projects from concept through implementation.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLead automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.\nIdentify and eliminate manufacturing losses using Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nDevelop and maintain a strategic roadmap for automation and manufacturing technology solutions.\nConduct technical and financial evaluations of new projects, including feasibility studies, ROI analysis, vendor assessment, and implementation planning.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies and innovative manufacturing capabilities into operations.\nAnalyze equipment and operational data to improve reliability and support predictive maintenance strategies.\nEstablish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational improvements. \nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired:\nTechnical degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience leading automation projects in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nDemonstrated success evaluating and implementing automation or smart manufacturing technologies.\nExperience performing capital equipment justification and ROI analyses.\nStrong project management, communication, and change leadership skills.\nAbility to travel up to 25%, including international travel as needed.\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
