This role partners with business and technical teams to deliver quality solutions, support application performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple technical environments.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, estimate effort, and develop technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, document, test, maintain, and enhance software applications and modules.\nAnalyze existing systems and recommend improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions.\nEnsure application quality through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to architectural standards.\nProvide Tier II application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective resolutions.\nMentor less experienced team members and communicate project status effectively to business partners and leadership.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\nMinimum four years of experience in Information Technology.\nExperience developing and maintaining software applications.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nMust be authorized to work in the US.
