This role is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and modernizing customer-facing commerce applications, digital experiences, APIs, and enterprise integrations that enable critical customer and operational business processes.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support customer-facing web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, .NET, and React.\nCollaborate with architects, product teams, and business partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.\nDevelop and support integrations between commerce platforms and enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications.\nCreate and optimize database objects, SQL queries, and related components to ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity.\nTroubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions that improve system stability and performance.\nSupport production environments through monitoring, incident resolution, and ongoing operational excellence activities.\nEnsure solutions align with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.\nDrive modernization initiatives by enhancing legacy applications, improving automation, and adopting new technologies and development practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, technical recommendations, and process optimization.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology\nMinimum 4 years of experience developing and supporting web-based and distributed enterprise applications\nMinimum 4 years of experience developing applications using Java, Spring Framework, and/or Microsoft .NET technologies\nMinimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management\nExperience with accessing and calling web services, including microservices\nExperience with developing REST and GRAPH services\nExperience with any development tools such as: GitLab, SourceTree, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise, Microsoft Visual Studio, IntelliJ (or similar)\nPreferred:\nExperience developing and supporting integrations within an AS400 environment, preferred\nPrevious work experience in a Fortune-500 or Global-1000 company, preferred\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
