This role ensures the sales process is streamlined and efficient by managing sales materials, customer open order management, customer follow-ups, and reporting. By optimizing these functions, the Direct Sale Support Specialist enables the sales team to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. The role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring timely execution of sales-related tasks to achieve regional objectives.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nCustomer Management (Internal)\nSupporting product presentations and customer meetings with data analysis and clearly communicated conclusions that determine ongoing account strategy. May develop presentations that reflect and clearly communicate details to a customer.\nHelp keep regional sales projects moving forward by tracking deadlines and deliverables\nHelp maintain customer ordering sites to ensure product images and descriptions, customer catalog and pricing is accurate.\nIdentify opportunities for increased process efficiencies and assist with the development and implementation of enhancements.\nAdministrator\nMaintain accuracy and thoroughness of critical materials, including but not limited to internal account requirements reference documents, order forms, program products and modifications, client websites and electronic account files. Recommend and oversee system account settings and pricing integrity\nCoordinates with marketing to create brochures, banners for shop myCintas, catalogs, posters, etc. as requested by Direct Sale Specialist.\nManage the open order report for customer management. \nIssue Resolution on orders and allotments\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired\nHighschool diploma/GED equivalent required\nPreferred\nMinimum three years’ experience in a related field\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
