In this role, you will provide day-to-day legal support to the Company with a primary focus on government contract review, negotiation, and compliance. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business partners across the organization, partnering closely with sales leadership and customer-facing teams to support public sector business opportunities while helping to manage legal and compliance risk associated with federal, state, and local government contracting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, review, and negotiate new and renewed contracts with federal, state, and local government entities.\nPartner with customers and sales teams to support requests for proposals (RFPs) and other public sector opportunities.\nProvide legal guidance and support to sales leadership on government contracting matters.\nAssist in training sales partners on government contract terms, conditions, and requirements.\nAdvise on contract compliance matters and support the implementation of process improvements, systems, and procedures.\nMonitor legal and regulatory developments affecting public sector contracting activities.\nSkills/Qualifications\nRequired\nJuris Doctorate Degree\nAdmitted to a state bar\n4+ years’ full-time responsible, relevant legal experience\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to travel extensively and on very-short notice\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet\nBenefits\nCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
