An active Top Secret clearance is required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.\nImplement infrastructure and application automation using DevSecOps tools and practices.\nDevelop and migrate secure cloud-native and hybrid applications.\nConduct in-depth analysis of existing applications and recommend migration, deployment, or rehosting strategies for cloud environments.\nProvide expert guidance on cloud strategy including failover and recovery plans, cost optimization, and benefit analysis across cloud, cloud-agnostic, and on-premise services.\nDebug cloud stack issues, manage cloud policies, and evaluate new cloud technologies to meet mission requirements.\nEstablish and maintain secure and compliant cloud environments with a focus on performance, availability, and scalability.\nWork independently to design, develop, and implement new cloud applications or enhance existing cloud-based solutions.\nLead efforts to define cloud governance standards and ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and enterprise architects to align solutions with organizational goals.\nDocument system architectures, processes, and procedures, and support knowledge transfer efforts.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in cloud development or architecture.\nActive Top Secret clearance required.\nProven experience designing and deploying solutions using cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with: Grafana and Kafka, Ansible Automation Platform experience; Splunk Index configuration; Lambda/SNS/AWS\nStrong knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with these AWS Services - S3, IAM, Route 53, EventBridge, Recycle Bin, Data Lifecycle Manager, Systems Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Security Hub, Inspector, Trusted Advisor, ECS, EKS\nExperience with cloud security best practices and managing secure environments.\nAbility to architect cloud solutions that support high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.\nProficient in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect).\nExperience with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.\nFamiliarity with enterprise logging, monitoring, and performance tools.\nBackground in government or highly regulated environments.\nCULTURE REQUIREMENTS:\nEngineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self-organized.
