The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data warehousing and reporting concepts, along with proven experience implementing business intelligence and big data solutions to support mission-critical operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL mappingsto extract, transform, and load data between systems.\nConduct performance tuningof ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing.\nDevelop Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboardsusing BI tools (e.g., Power BI).\nPerform unit testingand validation of BI reports and data transformations.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL statements, stored procedures, scripts, triggers, and views.\nAnalyze data and implement aggregation, transformation, and visualizationstrategies.\nApply best practices in data warehousing, reporting platforms, and business intelligencesolutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective BI dashboards and reports.\nSupport multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).\nDevelop and maintain system documentationto support the development lifecycle.\nRecommend solutions and improvements to drive BI and data management best practices.\nQualifications\n8+ years of experiencein software development, business intelligence, or data engineering.\nProficiency with Power BI, data analysis, data aggregation, and data visualization.\nStrong experience in ETL processesand data transformation methodologies.\nProficiency in SQL and database technologies (queries, stored procedures, triggers, views).\nSolid foundation in data warehousing conceptsand reporting platforms.\nFamiliarity with big data technologiesand multiple BI environments is preferred.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work across full software development lifecycle phases.\nExperience with: Java, Springboot, Angular, Python, AWS\nMust hold an active Top Secret clearance.\nCULTURE REQUIREMENTS:\nEngineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self-organized.
