The individual will be responsible for editorial activities, customer engagement, and continuous website improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWebsite/Tool Administration:Configure, manage, and administer all aspects of website and application tools to ensure proper functionality and accessibility.\nContent Development & Management:Develop and manage content for multiple websites and tools, serving as a key source for information dissemination and decision-making.\nEditorial Activities:Perform editorial duties, including gathering, researching, and creating content that enhances the website’s value.\nCustomer Feedback & Improvement:Seek out and engage customers to gather feedback for website enhancements and ensure the user experience remains optimized.\nNegotiation & Content Acquisition:Locate, negotiate, and acquire content that aligns with the website's goals and user needs.\nWeb Design & Standards:Ensure that web design aligns with current standards, including HTML and web graphics types, while adhering to production management best practices.\nData Analysis & Reporting:Build searches, reports, and dashboards, and write custom scripts, reports, and programs as needed to establish and track website metrics.\nArchitecture Documentation & Standards:Prepare architecture documentation, and assist in the design and implementation of website standards, tools, and methodologies.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in website or application management, web design, and UI/UX development.\nStrong understanding of HTML, web graphics, and production management standards.\nExperience in creating and managing dashboards, searches, reports, and custom scripts.\nProficiency with common UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)\nAbility to gather and research information to improve site content and usability.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.\nCULTURE REQUIREMENTS:\nEngineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self-organized.
