This role requires a bilingual professional with strong business communication skills, technical consulting capabilities, and experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive strategic partner relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute partner strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth initiatives\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders\nNegotiate partnership agreements and manage partnership performance metrics\nCollaborate with internal teams on joint initiatives, co-marketing activities, and product integrations\nMonitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimization\nStay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies\nRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings\nProvide IT consulting support to internal teams and external partners\nAssess customer technology environments and recommend appropriate solutions\nGather technical requirements together with Sales teams\nCreate customer-facing materials including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and technical documentation\nSupport digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, integration, security, governance, and operational improvements\nGuide customers on IT governance and risk management best practices\nParticipate in RFP/RFI responses and proposal development\nSupport project execution and collaborate across cross-functional teams\nPerform supervisory and/or advisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies\n\nThe right candidate will possess:\nStrong executive presence and communication skills\nAbility to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment\nExperience working with both technical and business stakeholders\nStrategic thinking with strong Qualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field\nBilingual Japanese / English communication skills\n5+ years of experience in project management, partner management, business development, or related roles\n2+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives or supervising teams\nHands-on experience assessing technology environments and creating solution proposals\nExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives including cloud, integration, security, governance, and data initiatives\nAbility to create customer-facing presentations, demos, proposals, architectures, and statements of work\nExperience participating in RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations\nProven experience managing strategic partnerships with measurable business outcomes\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams\nFamiliarity with BI reporting tools and project management tools\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to travel up to
