requirements into solution architectures across a broad cybersecurity portfolio, including:\nMXDR\nEDR/XDR\nSASE/ZTNA\nEmail Securit\nSSPM/DSPM\nPassword Management\nBrand Protection\nSecurity Awareness Training\n\n Proof of Concept & DemonstrationsPlan, configure, and lead customer proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and product demonstrations.\nDefine evaluation criteria and success metrics.\nPresent findings and recommendations that support customer decision-making and proposal development.\nConduct bilingual (Japanese/English) technical demonstrations and presentations when required.\n\n Technical Proposals & ScopingDevelop solution architecture diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), technical scope documents, assumptions, and high-level effort estimates.\n\n Support proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development.Contribute technical content to RFI/RFP responses and customer-facing quotations.\nVendor & Partner Engagement\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with strategic technology partners and vendor sales engineering teams.\nStay current on product roadmaps, new features, and competitive market trends.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and support the development of new service offerings, including DSPM, ASM, and AI Security solutions.\n\nPre-Sales to Delivery HandoverEnsure a seamless transition from the pre-sales phase to project delivery.\nClearly document scope, assumptions, customer expectations, identified risks, and technical requirements.\nParticipate in project kickoffs and provide technical guidance during the initial delivery stages.\n\nAccount & Territory SupportServe as the primary pre-sales technical resource for customer accounts in the New York region.\nFocus on Japanese-headquartered financial institutions, trading companies, and insurance organizations.\nSupport customers across other regions of the United States as needed.\nIncorporate applicable regulatory and compliance considerations, including NYDFS Part 500, FFIEC, and SOX IT requirements, into solution designs and project scoping.\n\nSales EnablementDevelop reusable solution templates, reference architectures, and pre-sales collateral.\nDeliver product training sessions and technical enablement workshops for the broader sales organization.\nSupport account planning initiatives by aligning customer environments with available service offerings.\n\nPractice DevelopmentIdentify recurring customer challenges, technical objections, and lost-deal patterns to help improve service offerings.\nContribute to product and service roadmap discussions.\nMentor junior engineers and support the continued evolution of the pre-sales methodology and best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nExperience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or related customer-facing technical role.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures, including MXDR, EDR/XDR, SASE/ZTNA, Email Security, SSPM/DSPM, Password Management, Brand Protection, and Security Awareness solutions.\nProven experience leading technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design engagements.\nHands-on experience conducting Proofs of Concept (PoCs), product evaluations, and technical demonstrations.\nAbility to create architecture diagrams, BOMs, technical proposals, scope documents, and Statements of Work.\nExperience supporting RFI/RFP responses and technical proposal development.\nStrong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of security and compliance requirements in regulated industries.\nProfessional-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting financial services, trading companies, insurance organizations, or other highly regulated industries.\nKnowledge of NYDFS Part 500, FFIEC, and SOX IT compliance frameworks.\nExperience with Managed Security Services and MDR/XDR environments.\nFamiliarity with emerging cybersecurity domains such as DSPM, ASM, and AI Security.\nExperience working closely with technology vendors and channel partners.\nExperience developing sales enablement materials, reference architectures, and reusable solution frameworks.\nMentoring, coaching, or technical leadership experience.\nExperience contributing to service development, go-to-market initiatives, or pre-sales process
