Nieuwe technologieën - van predictieve modellen tot AI en AI agents - zijn daarbij geen verre toekomstmuziek, maar een concrete hefboom die we vandaag actief willen inzetten om besturen proactief te laten sturen in plaats van achteraf te laten evalueren.\nAls Business Development Manager ben je het gezicht van CS Analytics bij steden, gemeenten, OCMW's, politie- en hulpverleningszones. Samen met Product Owners, consultants en architecten zet je het CS-dataplatform op de kaart en begeleid je commerciële trajecten van eerste contact tot contract.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nUitbouwen van de marktpositie van CS Analytics.\n\nDetecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten.\n\nAdviseren van lokale besturen rond datagedreven beleidsvoering.\n\nGeven van impactvolle demo's en presentaties.\n\nOpbouwen van een sterk netwerk binnen de lokale overheid.\n\nVertalen van klantinzichten naar productverbeteringen.\n\nBegeleiden van salestrajecten en duurzame klantrelaties.\n\nJouw profiel\nBachelor of master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.\n\nMinstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen of met lokale besturen.\n\nAffiniteit met business intelligence, data-analyse en rapportering.\n\nSterk in stakeholdermanagement en relatieopbouw.\n\nCommercieel ingesteld en adviserend in aanpak.\n\nUitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.\n\nInteresse in de mogelijkheden van data, AI en innovatie binnen de publieke sector.\n\nWat bieden we jou?\nJe komt terecht in een groeiende Business Unit Data & Analytics, met een sterke installed base bij honderden Vlaamse besturen en een platform dat volop in ontwikkeling is.
