The role involves statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive decision-making for internal teams and clients. This is a hands-on analytical role suited for someone with strong statistical fundamentals who can translate complex data into simple, clear insights.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Analyze large-scale survey datasets, including voter sentiment, public opinion, citizen feedback, and consumer behavior.\n\n- Design databases, dashboards, and reporting tools for ongoing analysis and apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and meaningful insights from survey data.\n\n- Build predictive models, perform statistical analysis, and generate insights to support business decisions.\n\n- Analyze structured and unstructured data using modern data science techniques.\n\n- Use Python or R and relevant analytical tools to process datasets, automate workflows, and improve analytical efficiency.\n\n- Lead and coordinate a team of analysts, allocate tasks, monitor progress, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.\n\n- Own projects independently and collaborate with research and field teams to understand survey objectives and ensure the analysis addresses the intended research.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, with demonstrated experience working on survey datasets and survey-based analysis.\n\n- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.\n\n- Strong analytical thinking and statistical fundamentals.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.\n\n- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.\n\n- Ability to communicate insights clearly to
