About the Role

Cipher Digital is hiring a Business Analyst to support our IT organization as we continue to roll out and mature enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow. This role is a generalist business analyst position - the core skill set is requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation. Exposure to ServiceNow is a plus, but deep platform expertise is not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Document, and write clear user stories/requirements for the development team
• Align stakeholders on process design before build
• Facilitate workshops and demos to build stakeholder consensus
• Support UAT, training, and adoption for new rollouts
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/implementation teams

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of solid business analysis experience across any platform or domain
• Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills
• Experience translating business needs into functional specs or user stories
• Strong facilitation skills - comfortable running workshops with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong coordination skills - able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving pieces at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms a plus
• Background in change management or user adoption/training a plus
