多区域器件的电极一致性、低寄生电容、低电噪声、绝缘可靠性及表面洁净度控制方案。\n配合量子测控团队开展离子装载、囚禁、分裂、合并、穿梭及结区转运等功能验证，分析工艺对离子加热率、寿命和门保真度的影响。\n建立关键工艺控制计划，完成 DOE、SPC、PFMEA、MSA、失效分析及工艺窗口验证。\n分析并解决断路、短路、漏电、介质击穿、薄膜应力、颗粒污染、表面充电和真空放气等工艺问题。\n负责工装夹具、掩模版、测试载具及专用工艺设备的需求定义、验收和持续改进。\n编制和维护工艺流程、作业指导书、检验标准、设备操作规范及工艺变更文件。\n协同芯片设计、离子阱物理、光学、电子学、真空、封装及供应链团队推进产品迭代和工程化交付。\n评估外协晶圆厂及供应商的工艺能力，推动关键材料、设备和加工环节的稳定供应。\n任职要求
