You will build the practices that make that true while keeping the pace that got us here.\nWhat you'll own\nDelivery predictability. Commitments the business can plan around, with risk surfaced early.\nHow the team works. Planning, prioritization, and estimation in Linear, at a level of process that keeps work legible and the team fast.\nThe engineers. Growth, feedback, hiring, and performance across the team.\nHands-on engineering. Roughly 50% of your week in code and design review. A genuine player-coach role, measured on both halves.\n Customer-facing delivery.
