That prediction only matters when it reaches a care team member who is mid-shift and holding a phone. You will build that last mile: the Circadia Intelligence Platform that care staff act on, the software features around it, and the services underneath, carrying 70,000 years of continuous vital signs against clinical records from more than 400,000 patients. Every senior-care operator runs differently, so part of the work is deploying and adapting that platform for specific customers, then deciding what stays customer-specific and what becomes the next core feature.\nWhat you'll own\nThe Circadia Intelligence Platform. Responsive interfaces in React that care staff act on under time pressure, with state management, reusable components, and performance work.\nBackend and APIs. RESTful services in Python and FastAPI, stable as load grows from 40,000 monitored patients toward hundreds of thousands.\nCustomer development and integrations. Features and workflows for named operators, plus integrations with PointClickCare, Homecare Homebase, WellSky and others over HL7 v2, FHIR, REST, SFTP, and CDC.\n Technical leadership.
