This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Circana.\nLearn more at www.circana.com.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs Circana continues to transition clients onto Unify, our integrated insights platform that brings together market, consumer and business performance data in one place, we're looking for an experienced project professional to lead and coordinate client migrations.\nYou'll own the migration journey end-to-end, bringing together clients, Client Success, commercial teams and technical specialists to deliver a seamless transition. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives on creating structure, managing stakeholders and guiding clients through change.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end migration projects for clients transitioning onto Unify.\nDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, responsibilities and communication schedules, maintaining a clear view of each client's migration progress.\nCoordinate activities across clients, Client Success, commercial teams, product specialists and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.\nLead client and internal project meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and next steps.\nPresent migration plans and status updates to clients, leadership teams and broader business audiences.\nIdentify and manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks, driving appropriate action and escalation where required.\nSupport clients through the migration process, helping them understand changes, key decisions and required actions.\nWork with technical and data specialists to understand requirements relating to platforms, databases, segmentation and client hierarchies.\nCoordinate readiness, testing, transition and post-migration handover activities.\nMaintain clear documentation of client requirements, decisions and actions throughout the migration lifecycle.\nDrive continuous improvement by helping standardise migration processes, templates, communications and ways of working.\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience managing client-facing projects, implementations, migrations, onboarding or business change.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.\nExcellent organisation and attention to detail.\nConfident stakeholder management skills across clients, internal teams and senior leaders.\nStrong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present plans and simplify complex information.\nExperience supporting people or clients through process, technology or platform change.\nComfortable taking the lead, creating structure and holding stakeholders accountable for actions.\nAble to understand technical and data concepts without needing to build the solution yourself.\nStrong risk, issue and dependency management.\nA practical, adaptable and calm approach when priorities or project requirements change.\nHighly regarded\nExperience within FMCG, retail, consumer data, market research, analytics or a related environment.\nExperience migrating clients between platforms, systems or reporting solutions.\nUnderstanding of data structures, databases, segmentation or client hierarchies.\nChange management, implementation or customer adoption experience.\nKnowledge of Circana’s clients, products or internal processes.\nCircana Behaviours\nAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organisation.
