The key objective is to maintain reliable data flows, integrate new sources, and optimize production processes to support accurate and timely deliverables across the business. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement.\nJob Responsibilities\nEnsure high-quality standards in data entry and database production processes.\nAnalyze and integrate new data sources, coordinating all related workflows for seamless execution.\nDefine interfaces and adapt data converters to optimize data handling.\nAssess and validate the quality of raw data provided by external partners.\nImplement process improvements and standardize workflows to enhance efficiency.\nDevelop detailed specifications for process and production flows.\nOptimize testing methods and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nMonitor processes and quality to ensure alignment with operational benchmarks.\nRequirements\nMust-Have:\nUniversity degree with a strong numerical or analytical focus.\nUp to 3 years of experience in data management or related fields.\nProven attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.\nStrong interest in IT projects and data-driven solutions.\nProblem solving and continuous improvement mind set\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience with EPOS data.\nProgramming skills (SQL, Python, or similar).\nPrevious exposure to database systems or data integration projects.\nCircana Behaviors\nBeyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviors are fundamental to our culture and success.
