We are looking for a highly skilled, consultative, high-volume recruiter who will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent through various methods of recruitment tactics. This is an individual contributor recruiter role and does not manage others. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting, along with deep knowledge of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the hiring process.\nJob Responsibilities\nCollaborate closely with field managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.\nManage recruitment, while developing recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.\nUtilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics.\nCollaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.\nOwn the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with field managers and HR.\nDevelop an effective interview and sourcing strategy.\nKeep data integrity top of mind and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always updated.\nLead and/or take part in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting.\nAbility to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers.\nExcellent project management skills (i.e., critical thinker, manages expectations, follows timeline, communicates progress effectively, etc.).\nStrong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions.\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nCircana Behaviors\n Beyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviors are fundamental to our culture and success. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
