This role serves as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, operations, market enablement, and technology teams to ensure product investments deliver measurable customer value while maintaining scalability, standardization, and operational excellence.\nThe Product Manager will own product requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap execution, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment. They will partner closely with Product Leadership, Market Enablement, Platform Engineering, Operations, Customer Enablement, and Customer Care teams to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and operational learnings.\nJob Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy and Roadmap\nSupport development and execution of the Market Measurement product vision and roadmap. \nAlign product priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and expansion goals. \nEvaluate opportunities and contribute to investment and prioritization decisions. \nHelp balance standard global capabilities with market-specific requirements. \nProduct Requirements Management\nDevelop and maintain PRDs, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature specifications. \nEnsure traceability from customer requirements through delivered functionality. \nDocument and manage decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and trade-offs. \nMaintain product backlogs and prioritization frameworks. \nCustomer and Market Discovery\nConduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. \nGather and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders. \nTranslate customer and market needs into actionable capabilities. \nServe as the voice of the customer. \nCross-Functional Product Leadership\nPartner with engineering, market enablement, operations, onboarding, and customer care teams. \nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and manage competing priorities. \nDrive product decisions and roadmap communications. \nSupport release readiness and go-to-market planning. \nProduct Governance and Standards\nDefine and maintain product standards, configuration guardrails, and business rules. \nSupport governance of scope, roadmap, and release prioritization. \nProduct Performance and Continuous Improvement\nDefine and monitor product success metrics. \nAnalyse customer feedback, adoption trends, and operational insights. \nIdentify enhancement opportunities and manage improvement initiatives. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.\nMBA preferred\nExtensive experience of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Data Product Management experience. \nFluent in English and preferred proficiency in German, French or Spanish. \nPreferred Domain Expertise Retail analytics, CPG, POS data, market measurement, data products, customer analytics, product attribution and hierarchy management, and data governance/reporting solutions. \nKnowledge, Skills & Competencies Product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements management, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytics, Agile methods, and collaboration with engineering teams. \nSuccess Measures Roadmap delivery, customer adoption, requirement quality, stakeholder alignment, feature delivery, operational readiness, scalability, retention, and customer satisfaction\nCircana Behaviours\nBeyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviours are fundamental to our culture and success.
