Learn more at www.circana.com.\nRole Overview\nAs a Statistical Analyst in our Measurement Science team, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, representativeness, and reliability of our measurement data. You will monitor sample and data quality and support our production processes by preparing and maintaining weighting, projection, and segmentation information. Working closely with Measurement Science, Data Science, and operational teams, you will analyze and resolve quality and production issues and contribute to continuously improving our methods, processes, and workflows through automation and modern analytical and AI-assisted technologies.\nJob Responsibilities\nMonitor sample and data quality to ensure the representativeness, reliability, and consistency of Circana’s measurement data.\nPrepare, validate, and maintain weighting, projection, and segmentation information required for Measurement Science production processes.\nAnalyze data from multiple sources, investigate quality and production issues, and contribute to sustainable solutions.\nAssess new data sources and evaluate their impact on sample quality and measurement results.\nUse SQL, Python, automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, troubleshooting, and process efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate existing methods, processes, and workflows.\nCollaborate with Measurement Science, Data Science, technology, and operational teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis, validation, or automation.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and formulas.\nUnderstanding of relational databases, ETL processes, data integrations, or data-processing workflows.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools, or a strong interest in learning how to use them responsibly and effectively.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nGood communication skills and verbal and written fluency in English.\nProactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.\nAbility to work independently and within a cross-functional and multicultural team.\nKnowledge of the German retail or FMCG market is an advantage.\nCircana Behaviors\nBeyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviors are fundamental to our culture and success.
