Learn more at www.circana.com.\nRole Overview\nThe Team Lead, Data Loading is responsible for leading a team responsible for Data Acquisition & Receipt, Ingestion & Staging, Data Validation & Quality Control, Anomaly Detection, Release Assembly, and Delivery to Platform.\nThe primary objective of this role is to enable the rapid, scalable, and high-quality onboarding of retailer data. Success is measured by the organization's ability to onboard more data sources, faster, while maintaining data quality and operational reliability.\nThis leader is accountable for operational performance and is responsible for continuously evaluating existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and challenging ways of working that limit speed, scalability, or productivity. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams, the role defines operational requirements and drives improvements that increase capacity, quality, and efficiency.\nThe successful candidate combines strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a technology and innovation mindset. They are comfortable leveraging automation, AI, and modern tools to improve execution, increase capacity, and support growth without compromising quality.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead the Data Loading team and deliver onboarding commitments.\nDrive onboarding speed, quality, throughput, and operational performance.\nIdentify bottlenecks and define process, technology, and automation requirements that improve scalability.\nPartner with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams to improve delivery outcomes.\nBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on execution, continuous improvement, and professional growth.\nSuccess Measures\nNumber of data sources successfully onboarded.\nOnboarding cycle time.\nData quality and delivery performance.\nReduction in manual effort.\nScalability without proportional headcount growth.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of progressive experience in Data Operations, Production Operations, Analytics Operations, or related operational environments.\nExperience leading operational teams and delivering business-critical outcomes.\nDemonstrated success improving operational performance, productivity, quality, or scalability.\nAbility to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into actionable improvement opportunities.\nExperience partnering effectively with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.\nQualifications for Success\nExperience scaling onboarding, production, or operational capabilities.\nDemonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.\nPractical experience applying AI, automation, or digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.\nAbility to translate operational challenges into business requirements and technology priorities.\nCuriosity for emerging technologies and willingness to challenge established ways of working.\nCircana Behaviors\nBeyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviors are fundamental to our culture and success.
