You will contribute to core areas written in C++, design efficient algorithms, handle concurrency challenges, and help scale systems to handle growing workloads.\nYou’ll be working closely with data architects, analysts, and business intelligence teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that support business goals\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ components used in the platform.\nImplement efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize performance and resource usage\nWork with multithreaded and concurrent systems, ensuring thread safety and correctness\nManage memory efficiently, including ownership, lifetime management, and performance tuning\nAnalyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and concurrency bugs\nAbility to analyze data requirements, design data models, and troubleshoot complex data issues\nRequirements\nMust Have Skills\n4-6 years of hands-on experience in C++ development\nStrong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms\nSolid knowledge of Multithreading & Concurrency\nGood understanding of Memory Management\nPointers, references, RAII, heap vs stack, memory leaks\nBasic understanding of distributed components, scalability challenges\nKnowledge in SQL, XML, Java, Python.\nUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures such as MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM, and EDW\nCircana Behaviors\nAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
