Learn more at www.circana.com.\nRole Overview\nThe Treasury team is part of Circana’s global Finance and Strategy organization and manages a broad range of operational and strategic activities, including cash management, banking, liquidity planning, capital structure, and financial risk management. The team supports approximately 25 countries and partners closely with Controllership, Tax, Legal, and Financial Planning & Analysis.\nAs the US Treasury Operations Analyst, you will support Circana’s daily US cash management activities, including cash positioning, Treasury transactions, forecasting, reporting, banking administration, and operational controls. You will independently execute established Treasury processes, analyze cash activity, identify exceptions, and escalate potential liquidity or operational concerns.\nThis is an opportunity to build broad Treasury expertise while contributing to accurate daily execution, strong controls, and continued process improvement. You will work closely with the US Treasury Operations Manager and cross-functional partners across Controllership, Tax, Legal, and FP&A.\nThis role reports to the US Treasury Operations Manager and serves as the primary resource for daily US Treasury Operations. The US and OUS Analysts will cross-train and provide backup coverage for one another.\nJob Responsibilities\nPrepare the daily US cash position and update cash reports, ensuring visibility into available cash and upcoming funding needs.\nMonitor daily bank activity, receipts, and payments to confirm obligations are funded and identify unusual transactions, liquidity concerns, or operational issues requiring escalation.\nExecute Treasury transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers, in accordance with established authorization and control requirements.\nSupport daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasting by gathering and validating inputs, analyzing variances, and identifying opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.\nSupport cash deployment and short-term investment activity by providing accurate and timely cash-positioning information.\nReview daily bank activity and partner with Controllership to investigate and resolve cash or reconciliation exceptions.\nMaintain bank account and signer documentation and support account openings, closures, and other administrative changes.\nAdminister user access and entitlements within online banking platforms and Treasury systems in accordance with security and control requirements.\nTrack intercompany loan balances and related activity, ensuring accurate records and visibility into internal funding.\nPrepare recurring Treasury reports and provide supporting analysis of cash activity, trends, and forecast performance.\nSupport audit requests and maintain documentation in accordance with internal control, governance, and compliance requirements.\nPartner with Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and other Finance teams to support cash-related activities and resolve operational issues.\nIdentify practical opportunities to improve Treasury processes, controls, documentation, and efficiency.\nParticipate in Treasury projects, system enhancements, cross-training, and process documentation initiatives.\nCross-train with the OUS Treasury Operations Analyst and provide backup coverage as needed.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in Treasury, banking, or a related finance or accounting role with meaningful exposure to cash management.\nExperience supporting or performing daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, banking activity, or related Treasury processes.\nBasic understanding of financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, and corporate banking concepts.\nAbility to analyze financial information, identify exceptions or trends, and escalate concerns appropriately.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately within established controls and deadlines.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring daily responsibilities and shifting priorities.\nProblem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate discrepancies and operational issues.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively across Finance teams.\nExperience with an ERP, treasury management system, or online banking platform is preferred. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
