The India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre (F&L GCC) is an integral part of ACT’s Global Fuels & Logistics Team, and the Logistics Associate - Invoice Data Management will be a key player on this team that will help support with billing tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries and grow F&L globally at ACT.\nThe hired candidate will partner with multiple departments, including Global Technology, Business Units, the Internal Fleet Maintenance team, and support functions.\nAbout the role\nThe incumbent will be responsible for performing data entry tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries, ensuring all fuel deliveries are reconciled within standards set by the compliance team, and for completing operational inquiries by developing thoughtful and thorough practical analysis and reports to inform decisions and support business needs.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nInvoice Data Management\nAccurately input and manage invoice data in accounting systems.\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across financial records.\nMaintain organized records of all invoices, supporting documentation, and correspondence.\nAssist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.\nAssist in preparing reports related to invoice processing.\nHandle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.\nAbility to read paperwork from terminals to update systems accordingly.\nEffective email writing and verbal communication skills.\nOperational Excellence\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline invoice processing workflows.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.\nTakes ownership and works as one team to deliver the daily assigned tasks within the defined SLA.\nActive Listening-Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with stakeholders across Global Technology, Internal Fleet Maintenance, and Business Units Leadership to build and continually improve/ optimize metrics.\nServe as first point of contact for the Business stakeholders for any technical/non-technical issues within the project and communicate the same to higher-ups within the stipulated timelines to avoid any process delays.\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or business administration \nRelevant Experience\n0-1 years in a logistics/accounting role\nFluency in English -
