Our success is powered by over 146,000 dedicated people working in our stores and offices worldwide.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a Data Product Manager - Digital Retail Experience to own the data strategy for Circle K’s in-store and forecourt digital ecosystem:\nCheckout & Ordering: Data from Circle K’s Digital Advertising & Upsell (LIFT) Platform, Self-Check-out machines, and ordering kiosk/menu boards\n\nDigital Display: Metrics and reporting for ad walls and EMCs (Electronic Message Centers)\n\nForecourt: Experimentation across pump screens and carwash interfaces drive traffic, loyalty, and incremental revenue\n\nMade to Order: Food and beverages that are prepared on the spot based on customer preferences\n\nCircle K’s ambition is a frictionless digital retail ecosystem with consistent loyalty and personalization, seamless app-to-store journeys, timely omnichannel content, a future-ready checkout, and strong loyalty enrollment and redemption.\nKey Responsibilities\nRoadmap & Strategy\nLead and develop a high performing team of Data Product Specialists\n\nPartner with the Group Product Manager to define and evolve the data products that power metrics, experimentation, and insights - driving customer engagement, loyalty growth, and monetization on a global scale.\n\nTranslate business and product needs into scalable data solutions, including metric definitions, data models, and self-service analytics products.\n\nData Integration & Engineering Partnership\nCollaborate with technology partners and vendors to ingest, manage, and operationalize external data feeds.\n\nPartner closely with Data Engineering to onboard data into the Circle K data platform, resolve data quality issues, and deliver reliable, production ready data products.\n\nAnalytics & Insights Enablement\nWork with Performance Analytics to deliver certified datasets for leadership dashboards and ad hoc analysis.\n\nPartner with product managers to ensure data availability and quality for priority business questions.\n\nDrive data product adoption through enablement guides, demos, FAQs, feedback loops, and change communications.\n\nGovernance, Quality & Compliance\nOperationalize data governance, privacy, and security standards.\n\nMaintain data catalog, definitions, and lineage documentation to support discovery and trust.\n\nDefine and enforce data contracts, SLAs, and schema change processes with source system owners.\n\nSkills Required\nTeam leader who is responsive to evolving business needs.\n\nAnalytical thinker who balances creativity with pragmatism.\n\nExcellent communicator in English, able to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCustomer-obsessed problem solver who collaborates across geographies and levels.\n\nCurious lifelong learner with a passion for retail, loyalty programs and emerging analytics techniques.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical field.\n\n7+ years of experience across one or more areas: data engineering, data analytics, or data architecture.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL, analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.\n\nStrong awareness of data governance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).\n\nWhat do we offer:\nContract of employment\n\nAnnual bonus\n\nPrivate medical care\n\nCafeteria Platform/Multisport\n\nEnglish lessons subsidized by the company\n\nGroup insurance\n\nAttractive discounts for products and services at our stations\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (Lyra)\n\nTwo additional days off (Good Friday, Friday after Corpus Christi) - with the possibility of exchanging for other holidays\n\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\n\nModern and convenient office that you can virtually visit here - https://goo.gl/maps/CLteHfYcdYMbdESq6\n\nTrainings & possibility to develop skills in a wide international environment\n\nPlease send your CV in English language.\nJoin Circle K and be part of a global leader in the fuel chain industry, offering a stable and secure career path.
