This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently counting merchandise at the store level while maintaining a professional presence and strong working relationships with store teams.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nCommunicate regularly with the Lead Auditor regarding audit activities\nCoordinate with the Store Analyst on the day of the audit\nPartner with the Audit Supervisor to ensure accurate and complete store counts\nConduct merchandise counts in a professional, accurate, and timely manner\nResearch audit findings as directed\nSupport overall audit operations as needed\nREQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to take ownership of work and maintain positive relationships with store teams\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nTeam-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nAbility to stand for extended periods; bend, crouch, and work close to the ground\nAbility to climb ladders as required\nAbility to use a computer and handheld scanning devices\nAbility to hear and communicate clearly in store and office environments, including by telephone\nAbility to lift and move merchandise weighing more than 40 pounds\nAbility to work in extreme temperatures (e.g., coolers, freezers, sheds, drive-thru areas)\nPay is based on experience but starting at around $14 per hour.\nJob duties may change at any time, with or without notice.\nCircle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
