# Human Resources Advisor [Contractor]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise our in-store stakeholders on different aspects of human resources management; Hold employee meetings in store and offer personalized “coaching”; Support our directors and coordinators in resolving human resources-related matters; Participate in activities related to the management of disciplinary measures; Represent the employer in disputed cases; Develop tools to improve the company’s human resources management practices; Manage and participate in various projects related to human resources management.
