This position offers an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to lead and manage end to end contracting process independently and bring value to the organization across different category. The Lead Specialist will also drive continuous improvements as well as help streamlining the ways of working across the global centres, while collaborating with global stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.\nThis role needs to be detail-oriented and proactive to oversee and ensure adherence to procurement policies, contractual documents and business metrics within our Fuel & Retail operations. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in contracting & procurement processes, excellence frameworks, and risk management, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company standards and industry regulations.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSupport Global CLM Team and Categories for contract drafting, review / redlining and new template creation:\nCollaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and other departments to draft, review, and finalize contracts.\nEnsure that contracts are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.\nDevelop and maintain contract templates for efficiency and consistency.\nContract Management, Training and Support:\nManage and support ongoing contract life cycle to ensure user compliance with terms and conditions.\nManage contractual obligations and proactively track them in the CLM system.\nContract Renewals and Amendments:\nManage the contract renewal process by evaluating performance and determining the need for amendments or modifications.\nInitiate renegotiations and amendments to contracts as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with procurement (GNFR and GFR), finance, legal, and other departments to ensure contracts support.\nProvide training and guidance to team members on contract management with the best practices. \nOperational Excellence:\nExcellent language skills.\nConduct specialist training and support for selected end users.\nSupport transformation projects to improve contract compliance.\nUtilizing software systems to manage Contract Management to excellence and establishing a seamless process.\nPartner with the CoE management team to cluster with Global procurement strategies entering procurement excellence and driving continuous improvement.\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s / Master’s degree in law.\nPreferred certification in contract management.\nExperience\nTotal Experience: 10+ years.\nHand-on experience of CLM tools at org level.\nManaged end to end contract lifecycle.\n3+ years as Contract team lead within Procurement/Finance Operations.\nCapable of Contract template creation.\nBehavioral Skills\nThe ability to direct and train people according to company policy and standards.\nAbility to network and establish partnerships.\nBalance competing priorities and deadlines.\nExemplary multitasking and organizational skills.\nExceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message regulatory compliances.\nProficiency with CLM tools.\nAttention to details and heading overview.\nAbility to manage multiple contractual tasks and priorities simultaneously.\nWilling to work non-traditional working hours, due to global time-zones.\nComfortable travelling on a need basis.\nKnowledge\nContract Lifecycle Management tools (CLM), Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign.\nSAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.\nMicrosoft Office applications (MS Excel, etc.)Understanding of APIs, RPA, AI-enabled controls and workflow automation.\nAbility to translate business policy into system rules
