Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.\nFinancial modeling and projecting experience is strongly preferred.\nMust be computer literate in MS Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and strong proficiency in Excel.\nPrior experience with Smartsheet or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred.\nStrong knowledge or aptitude to quickly learn, navigate, and use GIS/desktop mapping packages and other real estate software as needed. Includes Google Earth, Kalibrate or other GIS Software, various County GIS & Recorder’s department websites, and more.\nAbility to effectively analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals.\nStrong communication skills to effectively read, listen, comprehend, and convey information and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to apply analytical insights to inform and improve future projects.\nAbility to process information including gathering, assessing, coding, organizing, auditing, and verifying data.\nAttention to detail.\nPhysical Demands: Work requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of keyboard/computer. Work requires occasional bending, reaching, and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds. Work also requires driving and some light traveling. Work is subject to tight deadlines and interruptions can be stressful.\nWorking Conditions: Normal office environment with little or no exposure to adverse working conditions. Work may occasionally include long hours (early mornings, late evenings), weekends, and overnights.
