He/she also takes on the advisory role for one or more regions and participates in various Human Resources projects.\nKey Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nCoach, motivate and supervise the team of advisors in their daily tasks. Ensure consistency in the management of files across the stores in the Eastern Canada divisions.\nManage more complex labor relations problems and, if necessary, make a decision regarding contesting files.\nRepresent the employer in disputed cases;\nAdvise our in-store stakeholders on different aspects of human resources management;\nHold employee meetings in store and offer personalized “coaching”;\nSupport our directors and coordinators in resolving human resources-related matters;\nSupervise activities related to the management of disciplinary measures;\nDevelop tools to improve the company’s human resources management practices;\nManage and participate in various projects related to human resources management.\nStay abreast of new trends and legislative changes to ensure the updating and optimization of our practices, policies and procedures.\nExperience:\n- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Human Resources or related);\n- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an advisory role;\n- Experience in personnel management, an asset;\n- Possess a valid driving license;\n- Mastery of the MS Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);\n- Bilingualism required (English & French)\nThis position is being offered on a temporary basis for a period of up to 24 months (dependent on start date).\nTotal base pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD Annual\nCouche-Tard/Circle K values diversity and inclusion and aims to create a safe, accessible and rewarding workplace that showcases the unique contribution of our employees to the success of our business.
