Follows “DRB Protocol”.\nRead “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.\nAttend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance\nReports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.\nMinimum 6 months as CWA before advancement\nDuties and Job Breakdown Percentages:\n60% Customer Interaction\n30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)\n5% Opening/Closing Procedures\n5% Basic Troubleshooting\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred.\nExcellent communication skills including active listening.\nExcellent sales and customer service skills.\nAbility to anticipate customer needs.\nAble to work weekends.\nAble to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.\nEnforces all safety policies.\nUnderstands the functions of all chemical room equipment.\nAssist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.\nAble to clean out solenoids.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nIn performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.\nEXPERIENCE:\nCustomer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.\nWORKING ENVIRONMENT:\nThe incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.\nThis position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
