You’ll help drive transformation in a fast-moving, innovation-focused industry.\nIf you’re proactive, curious, technically strong, and thrive in a fast-moving environment - we’d love to meet you.\nAs a System Engineer, you will:\nServe as a Tier 2 technical expert, supporting L1 and L3 teams, partners, vendors, local business and stores.\n\nSupport POS, Back Office, Forecourt, and Payment technologies.\n\nConfigure, maintain, and support devices and applications across the retail estate.\n\nSupport store lifecycle activities and business initiatives - new site openings, migrations, and closures.\n\nManage software rollouts, patching, and security updates across the estate.\n\nResolve incidents, problems and support changes, collaborating with L1, L3 SMEs and support teams where required.\n\nMonitor and resolve system alerts to ensure uptime and stability.\n\nSupport communication services including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.\n\nWork closely with key vendors to ensure service quality and SLA performance.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement in the operations area.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation and help embed best practices across teams.\n\nDeliver training, knowledge-sharing, and support project initiatives.\n\nContribute to operational excellence, helping reduce recurring issues and improve system stability.\n\nSkills & Experience\nIT Diploma or Degree.\n\n3-5 years’ experience in IT operations, service desk, field service, or retail IT.\n\nHands-on support experience in multi-site or distributed environments.\n\nKnowledge of POS, Back Office, Forecourt, and Payment systems.\n\nBackground in convenience -
