issues and ensure quick resolution with minimal disruption.\n\nEngineering Excellence: \nSet high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.\nReview code and mentor junior engineers.\nDrive best practices across the engineering team.\nContribute to building a strong engineering culture at Circle.\n\nMobile Engineering: \nBuild intuitive, fast, and reliable mobile experiences for users.\nEnsure strong app performance, responsiveness, and offline reliability.\nCollaborate with engineering and design/product teams to oversee seamless UX.\nContinuously improve app stability, crash rates, and release quality.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of experience in software engineering.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).\nStrong experience in the backend stack, Node.js .\nExperience building and shipping mobile apps (React Native / Flutter).\nSolid understanding of databases, APIs, and system design.\nExperience working with production systems, deployments, and debugging.\nExperience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.\nPrior experience mentoring or leading
