qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals\nConduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and team dynamics\nMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress\nBuild and nurture talent networks and relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities\nAnalyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices\nCoordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer documentation\nProvide regular recruitment updates and forecasting to HR leadership and stakeholders\n 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources\nProven expertise in candidate
