That standard depends on accurate, connected data, and that is where this role comes in.\n HubSpot is the system our sales, carrier, and marketing teams run on every day. We are hiring a dedicated CRM Administrator whose sole focus is building out, managing, and improving our enterprise HubSpot portal.\nThis is not a ticket-taking role. We want someone who looks at a request and sees the bigger picture: the duplicate records it might create, the report it might break, or the better process that would make the request unnecessary. You will own the build, keep the data clean, and bring us ideas before we ask for them.\n Properties and Data Architecture\nDesign, build, and maintain properties across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects, including standard, calculated, smart (AI-filled), and conditional properties.\n\nSet naming conventions, field definitions, and property groups so data stays consistent as the portal grows.\n\nWorkflows and Automation\nBuild, test, and maintain workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, lead status, scoring, notifications, and data updates.\n\nUse custom code actions (Python) when native workflow actions fall short.\n\nAudit existing automation on a regular schedule to remove conflicts, redundancies, and workflows that no longer serve a purpose.\n\nIntegrations and API\nBuild and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our stack, including data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, operational systems, and internal databases.\n\nWork with HubSpot's APIs and webhooks to move data in and out of the CRM.\n\nTroubleshoot sync errors, field-mapping issues, and failed jobs, and keep integration documentation current.\n\nData Enrichment and Management\nOwn data quality: deduplication, normalization, imports, exports, and routine cleanup.\n\nRun enrichment programs that fill gaps in company and contact records, such as industry, company size, revenue, and key contacts.\n\nBuild views, lists, and reports that surface data problems before they affect sales or marketing.\n\nReporting and Analytics\nBuild and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, carrier, and marketing teams, covering pipeline, lead progression, activity, and campaign performance.\n\nTrack CRM health stats such as record completeness, duplicate rates, workflow errors, and user adoption.\n\nTurn requests from leaders into reports that answer the real question, and explain what the numbers show.\n\nMake sure the data underneath every dashboard is accurate before it reaches leadership.\n\nUser Account Management\nManage users, teams, seats, roles, and permission sets as people join, change roles, or leave.\n\nRun regular access reviews and keep security settings aligned with company standards.\n\nServe as the first stop for HubSpot questions: troubleshoot issues, train users on new builds, and write simple how-to guides.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nLook for friction in how teams use HubSpot and propose fixes, with the trade-offs explained.\n\nStay current on HubSpot releases, including Breeze AI features, and recommend which ones are worth adopting.\n\nFlag the downstream impact of a change before it ships, not after.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nRequired\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar).\n\nA working understanding of CRM fundamentals: objects and records, properties or fields, associations, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.\n\nExperience building or maintaining automation, such as workflows, sequences, or rules.\n\nComfort working with data: imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup in Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nExperience building CRM reports and dashboards, and explaining what the stats mean.\n\nA basic understanding of how APIs and integrations connect systems.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the discipline to test before you publish.\n\nAdvanced English, written and spoken.
