proactive outreach to drivers throughout pickups and deliveries, maintaining transparent communication while building strong, collaborative relationships\nMonitor driver status and freight movement across multiple tracking platforms to verify accurate delivery times and proactively notify customers of any potential delays or issues\nCollect, organize, and maintain proper documentation for each driver interaction and shipment, ensuring all records are complete, accessible, and compliant with company standards\nBalance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organizational systems and meeting daily performance goals with efficiency and resilience\nProvide support to drivers by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering guidance in a supportive and empathetic or equivalent\n1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally\nProficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based software applications\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and balance competing demands effectively\nStrong teamwork and collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally\nProblem-solving abilities and resilience in fast-paced environments\nTime management skills and ability to meet performance targets consistently\nKnowledge of tracking and tracing Qualifications:**\nAssociate's degree or higher\nPrevious call center or customer service experience\nFamiliarity with logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations\nExperience with driver communication and coordination\nKnowledge of freight management or shipment documentation processes\nExperience working in a multicultural or international environment\nFamiliarity with transportation
