In this role, you will play a critical part in executing Circle’s go-to-market strategy by driving strategic initiatives, improving operational effectiveness, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with Commercial leadership and customer-facing teams, including Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Customer Care, to ensure teams have the processes, resources, and information needed to succeed. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, drive operational improvements, and implement scalable solutions that support Circle’s commercial objectives and continued growth across the APAC region.\nWhat you'll work on:\nLead complex, cross-functional programs supporting Circle’s commercial strategy, including go-to-market initiatives and strategic client implementations.\nPartner with APAC Commercial leadership to execute strategic priorities, drive operational initiatives, and ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives.\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support scalable business growth.\nDevelop and execute internal communication plans, facilitate leadership meetings, and coordinate key deliverables to ensure alignment across Commercial teams.\nManage multiple concurrent projects across international teams and time zones, ensuring clear priorities, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.\nEstablish program reporting frameworks, define success metrics, and analyze performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nProvide guidance on project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and execution best practices to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat you’ll bring to Circle:\nCore Requirements\n10+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or customer-facing implementations.\nProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nDemonstrated expertise in program planning, execution, process improvement, and performance measurement.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive effective solutions.\nFluency with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), prompt development, and agentic workflows, with the ability to apply AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.\nAbility to collaborate across global teams and accommodate international time zones when needed, with willingness to travel internationally approximately 4-5 times per year.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with an interest in the evolving global payments ecosystem.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.\nCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
