We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nCircle is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the growing Finance Systems team that will play a critical role in the design and architecture of scalable finance systems to support Circle’s expanding footprint in a maturing company environment. You will work directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout for Finance transformation, finance automation and streamlining of core finance processes, international expansion in current and future finance systems.\nWhat you'll work on:\nPartnering with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting and other finance systems.\n\nAutomating Finance processes using AI enabled solutions.\n\nDriving cross-functional stakeholders alignment for solution design.\n\nDocumenting and managing testing and related approvals for changes to systems.\n\nSupporting finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.\n\nWhat you’ll bring to Circle:\n4+ years of relevant work experience, working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.\n\nExperience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting,\n\nExperience in other applications like Zip Procurement to Pay, Navan Travel and Expense strongly preferred\n\nExperience in creating innovative solutions using AI tools to help teams automate the processes within and out of ERP applications.\n\nFamiliarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications like Workiwa will be considered a strong plus.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization.\n\nOutstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.\n\nDetail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver.\n\nSelf-motivated, attentive, and always follow through.\n\nDriven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.\n\nExperience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.\n\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred\n\nCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
