You will lead the development of scalable data products and analyses that directly support Circle’s Business and Marketing functions, while also identifying opportunities to incorporate AI tools and methodologies to enhance how insights are delivered across the business. This role sits at the intersection of data strategy and execution, helping the company make smarter decisions through high quality analysis, forward thinking automation, and technical leadership.\nWhat you'll work on:\nDelivering high impact analysis and reporting to support the Business and Marketing teams in understanding performance, risk, and opportunity\nDesigning and implementing scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines that support accurate, self-service analytics\nIdentifying and leading the implementation of AI and ML tools to streamline data workflows and generate predictive insights\nPartnering with senior leadership and the AI Engineering team to deliver insights and workflows that improve customer experience and maximize the value of strategic partnerships\nBuilding and maintaining high quality documentation to support repeatable and transparent analysis\nDriving operational excellence by applying strong data architecture and AI methods to enhance the effectiveness of business systems and workflows\nMentoring team members and contributing to best practices in analytics engineering and AI adoption\nWhat you’ll bring to Circle:\nCore Requirements:\n7+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related field\nExperience delivering advanced analytics to support strategic business decisions\nStrong SQL and data modeling skills to build scalable, reliable data products\nProficiency using APIs and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data across systems\nSkill in developing prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar systems\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional projects that drive measurable impact\nAbility to partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nStrong knowledge domain of blockchain ecosystem\nPreferred Requirements:\nFamiliarity with modern analytics tools such as Superset and Hex\nUnderstanding of AI models, embeddings, and frameworks\nFamiliarity with advanced Marketing measurement models such as multi-touch attribution\nExperience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.\nCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
