We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nCircle is looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our recruiting team for a fixed 6-month term, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Effectiveness. In this role, you’ll keep our recruiting operations running smoothly by scheduling candidate interviews and supporting day-to-day coordination. You’ll work closely with TA Partners and the coordination team, providing best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams. This is a short-term position focused on execution, so you’ll be able to start contributing quickly.\nWhat you’ll work on:\nProviding a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners\nRoutinely scheduling high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners \nacross the organization, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise\nCovering for other coordinators on the team as needed to keep scheduling and logistics running without interruption\nUsing AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination work, and flagging small process improvements when the opportunity arises\nJumping in on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed\nWhat you’ll bring to Circle:\nCore Requirements:\n1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator, ideally at a technology, fintech, or payments company\nExperience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\nA high level of professionalism and the ability to stay composed under pressure\nA keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly with all members of the team across Slack and email\nTremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion\nProficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Glean to work faster and more accurately, for example drafting communications, summarizing information, or automating repetitive tasks\nCuriosity about how AI can improve recruiting operations, and a willingness to try new tools and share what works\nCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
