Strong empathy for the end-user experience.\nStrong experience with mobile technologies.\nSelf-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines and executing on fast iteration cycles.\nExperience working in Git, Stash, Jira, and other productivity tools.\nStrong understanding of Design patterns.\nPrior to being in a technical management role, the candidate must have had a strong development background and have architected scalable server systems.\nMust have experience with agile planning and delivering short release cycles (bi-weekly releases).\nCreation of reusable libraries and mobile application frameworks.
