What You’ll Do
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to school-aged children in-home or in-school
- Collect data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs who provide ongoing training and oversight
- Maintain client dignity, family trust, and ethical standards in every session
- Work flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours (our clients are school-aged)
What You Need
- Active RBT certification (Required)
- Minimum 18 months RBT experience (Required)
- Reliable transportation to in-home and/or school-based client locations
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- A heart for service, not just a checklist
- Experience with children 6 years+ on the autism spectrum is a plus
