But if you're looking to join a mission-driven team that truly cares about its clients and clinicians - welcome to our Circle.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to school-aged children in-home or in-school\nCollect data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition programs\nCollaborate closely with supervising BCBAs who provide ongoing training and oversight\nMaintain client dignity, family trust, and ethical standards in every session\nWork flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours (our clients are school-aged)\nWhat You Need\nActive RBT certification (Required)\nMinimum 18 months RBT experience (Required)\nReliable transportation to in-home and/or school-based client locations\nAbility to pass a Level II background check\nA heart for service, not just a checklist\nExperience with children 6 years+ on the autism spectrum is a plus\nWhat We Offer\nThe highest hourly pay in the area\n$30 per hour (W-2)\nSupportive and responsive clinical leadership\nMeaningful cases with kids who truly need you\nOpportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company\nCome Join the Circle\nWe don’t hire just anyone.
