We are building the layer that runs the last mile of how the physical economy executes.\nThe Role\nAs a BDR at Circuit, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion. You'll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across the industrial and manufacturing sector, ensuring our pipeline is strong and our sales motion scales effectively.\nYou'll work closely with our CPRO and Head of Sales to execute our outbound motion, refine messaging, build relationships, and set the stage for successful customer engagements. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone eager to learn, hungry to win, and ready to grow with a fast-moving startup.\nKey Responsibilities\nProspect into target accounts in industrial and manufacturing verticals using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach\n\nQualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospective customers and partners\n\nResearch accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and craft compelling narratives around Circuit's platform\n\nManage pipeline activities and maintain accurate data in Attio and the GTM tech stack\n\nRepresent Circuit at industry tradeshows and events, engaging prospects in person and sourcing new pipeline opportunities\n\nCollaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outbound messaging\n\nShare market and customer feedback with GTM and product teams to sharpen our ICP and positioning\n\nHelp build and refine scripts, cadences, and the SDR playbook as we scale\n\nExperience\n2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once\n\nComfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient in the face of rejection\n\nFamiliarity with CRMs like Attio\n\nBonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, industrial/manufacturing, or a startup environment\n\nHuman Skills\nResilient, competitive, and goal-oriented -
