We provide an inclusive culture, hybrid and flexible working and career development to bring the best out in our people.\nOriginally known as Container Exchange Services, we have rebranded to Circular Economy Systems to recognise our vision to be leaders in the transition to a circular economy.\nAbout the role\nWith several strategic transformation initiatives underway, we're looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across CES. You'll partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and help embed new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.\nKey Deliverables\nDevelop and deliver change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformation initiatives\n\nConduct impact assessments and identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions\n\nPartner with business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment\n\nLead communication, training, and adoption activities to support successful change outcomes\n\nBuild strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to create change readiness\n\nMeasure adoption, engagement, and business readiness throughout program delivery\n\nCoach leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change\n\nWork closely with project and delivery teams to integrate change management into program plans\n\nAbout you\nProven experience leading organisational change across complex transformation programs\n\nExperience supporting technology, ERP, digital, operating model, or business transformation initiatives\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders\n\nAbility to translate complexity into clear and actionable change plans\n\nExperience assessing change impacts and managing organisational readiness\n\nA pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on outcomes\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills\n\nNice to have\nExperience supporting ERP, D365, or enterprise system implementations\n\nProsci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certification\n\nExperience in fast-growing, transformation-focused organisations\n\nOur Values\nScheme success is our success: Our mission is to accelerate recycling rates.
